Description
The routine
PA_FreezeProcess
suspends the execution of processes whose process number is
pNum
until it is reactivated by a call to
PA_UnfreezeProcess
.
This entry point does the same thing as the 4D Command
PAUSE PROCESS

Example
Freeze current process during an infinite loop.
